I was responsible for the complete set up of the premises and my role included interior and exterior designing of all areas and establishment of global brand standards. Being project Manager and opening General Manager, I liaised with the HC QA team from Shanghai, China and ensured that all SOPs, service standards, manual guidelines, brand vision, staffing and procurement were successfully put in place. As Country GM I am responsible for promoting the HC name in Pakistan and reporting directly to the CEO in the CHINA
